The Ohio State started off the year with much controversy and questions entering the season. Scandals surrounded the team and players were suspended. With 5 players suspended, a new coach, and a very inexperienced team, nobody expected anything great from this team. After getting pounded by Miami U, new head coach Luke Fickell turned to freshman quarterback Braxton Miller in hopes to improve the offense. After back to back losses in the Big Ten to Nebraska and Michigan State, it seems as though they had no chance of winning the Big Ten and would be lucky to even go to a bowl game. Then surprisingly enough, Ohio State has bounced back with two great wins over Illinois and Wisconsin and is tied for second place in the Big Ten. If Ohio State wins out and Penn State loses two games, Ohio State will advance to the Big Ten championship and have a chance to win it's 7th Big Ten title. Nobody could of predicted this good of a season from Ohio State.
